Our goal is to make contemplative practice an indispensable component of the global business community.
“You can create limitless potential for yourself and others by fearlessly exploring every aspect of your inner world.”
About Mark Trippetti
After more than 25 years in business, as an employee, an executive, and a business owner, I’ve decided to commit myself full time to communicating what I’ve determined to be the most important thing I could possibly share with my fellow human beings.
How to go about trying to tame the mind.
Fifteen years ago I began a meditation practice. I wasn’t very good at it, but it was a start. Little did I know that my first experiences on the cushion would, years later, lead to a complete lifestyle change and a level of personal contentment that I never before felt was possible. And in addition, a qualified understanding that through meditation, a more compassionate approach to life and the workplace yields far greater results.
My professional trajectory as a Graphic Designer, Art Director, Creative Director, Managing Director and eventually advertising agency owner took me from New York City to San Francisco, to Copenhagen, and back to New York City to kick off the new millennium in 2000. And that’s when it occurred to me. Wow, I “got what I wanted”, but I wasn’t satisfied with either the process or the outcome.
What I have subsequently learned in the past decade and a half is what I want to share with you. From your perspective.
“I’ve been in your seat, I get it, and now I’d like you to experience mine.”
Everything that I have been taught has been from direct and authentic lineage holders dating back centuries to ancient Tibet and India. I’ve logged thousands of hours of Buddhist study, months and months of silent, solo meditation retreat, and years on the yoga mat (Yoga Alliance Certified teacher). My inquiry has led me from the US and Canada to Europe, China, and of course India.
When I applied all of this learning to interactions with my staff, my clients, my vendors, and literally all stakeholders in my company, the results were tangeable. It created a greater pride of ownership, thoughtful participation, teamwork, and focus. And the place just became more fun.
I would like to thank all of the Masters that have contributed to my pursuit of true insight and contentment over the last fifteen years.
